  • We guarantee that you will be eligible for one of our loan programs. American Church Financial Services will prepare your financial statements so you can qualify for one of our loan programs. Our Loan programs are as follows with no prepayment penalties.
  • Twenty-five years amortized and fixed for three, five, seven or ten years;
  • Twenty-years amortized and fixed for three, five, seven or ten years;
  • Fifteen years amortized and fixed for three, five, seven or ten years;
  • Our analysts will review your financial information and will determine the size of the loan for which you qualify. In most cases, you will need three and a half years of financial statements prepared according to GAAP standards. American Church Financial Services will prepare the documents you need in order to get an approval.

The determination will be based on your giving units.
